Dream Square Resort, EBL pair up to enhance customer experience, benefits

Dhaka: Dream Square Resort, one of the luxury resort destinations in Gazipur, and Eastern Bank Ltd (EBL), a leading financial institution in Bangladesh, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) held on July 5 at the latter’s head office in the capital.

Md Rafiqul Islam, Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing, Dream Square Resort and M Khorshed Anowar, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Retail and SME Banking, Eastern Bank Ltd.signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations.

Md Bin Mazid Khan, Head of Bank Assurance and Propositions, EBL and Md Ziad Aziz Deputy Manager of Dream Square Resort, among other high officials of both organisations, were also present at the signing ceremony.

Under the collaboration, all Eastern Bank Ltd's customers and employees can enjoy up to 35 per cent discount on regular room rack rates at Dream Square Resort.

Additionally, Dream Square Resort and EBL also partnered up for another MoU to provide EBL's customers with exclusive benefits.

Under this, EBL’s customers can receive redeemable cash coupons, which will further enhance their staying experience at the resort.
